Master of Arts in Counseling
The Master of Arts in Counseling provides comprehensive academic instruction and clinical experience for students who are interested in understanding and helping others in a counseling setting. Students will complete a 100-hour practicum and a 600-hour internship to gain field experience. Focus is given to the integration of professional ethics, multiculturalism, interpersonal skills and counseling theory practice within a Christian perspective. This program is offered in two formats: a 60-credit-hour clinical mental health counseling track and a 66-69-credit-hour school counseling track.

Career Opportunities
Graduates are prepared for clinical practice in either mental health or school counseling, as well as the pursuit of postgraduate coursework. Graduates are also prepared to open their own counseling practices.

Work full-time while attending online classes with optional weekly Zoom sessions available for students seeking one-on-one interaction with faculty and classmates.
Earn a highly-recognized credential from a CACREP-accredited, Christian institution.
